Hi Jose! I know there is more than one Whole Foods here in the US, so while I'm unsure of the exact location here are some things you can do! First, check out their website. Locate the company’s mission there and how you fit into it. Do you like what you see? Second, check out some past company reviews from employees. You can do this easily on Glassdoor. It's important to determine company culture and do a little digging to see if that place of employment is right for YOU. You can read more about how to determine a company’s culture here! I hope this helps and I wish you the best with your job search : )

The people are great at Whole Foods. The company culture was better before Amazon took over. They still do nice things for employees, like team member appreciation week, but under Amazon it is more like a big business. We are staying open later on Holidays.

Ask about competitive pay, raises, and upward mobility, if possible, if you plan on making it a career. Letting them see that you're in this for the long haul, will give them more faith in hiring you. And if you deliver, always make sure you keep at least 10 dollars of your OWN cash on you, because sometimes you won't get tipped, and you need gas, and using the change bank, you have to replace that, and it's better to just keep it all separate. If you're an insider, make sure you learn everything like the back of your hand, that way you can handle the pressure of RUSH. Good luck!!

My experience at Dominos has been that concern is mainly on steadiness: Will you come to work on time?, will you show at all?. Many people treat it as a come when I want position, so the management seems to be most worried about this.

I loved working at Domino's what made me stay at Domino's for over a year was I had a great team working with me. We had the best customers in town many were regulars. The staff and the customers is the reason I stayed for a year. On the other hand once I became aware of an inappropriate relationship between the stores GM Tara and one of our delivery driversEdward I became unwelcomed at my job watching my hours drop to 3 hours a week before being removed completely off the schedule I have tried to return since the store has a new GM but for some strange reason my application keeps getting rejected.

Can I make good tips as a Domino's Pizza delivery driver?

I’m thinking about applying for a weekend delivery driver job at Domino's Pizza. The delivery job pays min wage but it might be worth taking the job if I can earn decent tips.
