I worked at #texas steel conversion, and being that it's a highly dangerous industry, you would think that safety is the priority. NOT!!! I flat out left after 6 months due to the unsafe conditions there. To top it off, they retracted my bonus and are holding my pay. I highly recommend that no one seek employment there. Supervisors are incompetent and are one of the main reasons that the unsafe conditions exist. #jobsearch #wordsofadvice

One thing I would have loved to have at #Texas Department of Family and Protective Services was respect. Wishing They treated their employees better. Instead of of over working them.and showing no appreciation.

Would never go back.

I've enjoyed my time at Texas Tech Health Science Center It's a wonderful place to work All my coworkers are an attribute to me and the pratrons are some of the nicest caring people that I have ever been around the benefits are great with so many different departments there's always room for advancement I'll be retiring in five years God willing and I will always cherish the pratrons and time I have been honored by Texas Tech

What you want to know about Me. I have a Real Estate license on hold at TRAC. I have worked for Holiday Senior Retirement communities as Sales Leader from 2007 to 2014 in many of Hoilday communities out of state and again 2021 to 2022 was sent to Dallas Tx, brought censes up in 3 communities then sent to N. Carolina brought censes up in 2 communities; I left N. Carolina position to work back in Texas sadly to say there was no openings for me to work at a Hawthorn community here is why I’m looking to work in anoher Senior Retirement community in Texas; preferably Austin, Tx and/or surrounding area.
I am available immediately in this field of work in Austin plus area. Linda C Cole lcole1945@gmail.com 512-227-0412 #jobsearch #texas

Be able to sell things that you do not necessarily believe in or if you have a relationship with the client that they don’t really need but your money, you commissions depend on you being able to sell a rock to someone and not have a second thought. Sales can be a brutal industry especially when the economy is suffering, I went through 2008 and the aftermath in sales till 2010, I managed to barely make a positive during the holiday season when most of the other departments, the store ended negative. It can be brutal but if you can sell a rock go for it.

I would say it's just like any time you try to find new customers. Do your research and start beating bushes. Call all the major ones in the area.
