Assistant Manager at Dominos

Depends on your position. If you start there in a management position and do not have prior experience as management I would stay in that position for 9 months as having management experience can help you get a better job when applying.

Don’t, leave honestly lol. The highest the pay goes is about $20 but that is for drivers. And if your a GM OR CSR you’re making about $12-15 and the paycheck depends on your hours and we’ll, most store employees don’t clean up after themselves as well as the store itself it’s honestly nasty how things are made/set up.

You can have many opportunities to grow within the company, however as a driver you wear your car down

Insider Csr at Dominos

Honestly I quit there, it’s a dead end job unless you work 60 hour weeks enough to get noticed and even then if they don’t like you they’ll cut your hours or make you salary. As an insider they need more staff to justify the amount of work you do for the pay they give you. Being a driver is a good option so maybe just stay a driver for a flexibility in schedule as well as free food and tips, but some days as a driver you’ll walk away with quite literally 13 cents for the full day. It’s not that great a job but easy to do.
