I wanted to work for a good company. I think working for them would help me in achieving stable employment, working with others for common goals in a supportive work environment and attain financial stability. "So how do I make it clear that I want to be hired by Walmart and be given at least a chance to prove myself to them?" #walmart

I keep trying over and over for even a sliver of an opportunity. Knowing that my past plays a part, should not be used as a roadblock, but it does happen. The thing is you have to treat it like a hurdle and get over it to get to your goal. I'm trying to be like those who are employed by Walmart and enjoying the part they play for the company. I respect the opinions of those who don't feel the same way, the experiences at a job ( good or bad), will do that to employees.

No way to prove You want to be hired. Walmart has a standar test wich evaluates You; but, You can always go to H.R and introduce your self. If You are a Good worker, there's always going to be a chance to step up. Benefits and and payrate are so Good that I'm a medical biller and rather work for Walmart. Good luck!!!

Assistant Store Manager at Walmart Inc

Know the role in which you are applying for. Know, that questions asked are not always cut and dry. Think outside the box. If hired, what you put into Walmart and the job, I assure you is what you will get back.

Door Greeter at Walmart

Well, 1 good thing is the employee discount. It has a nice vibe. If you like talking to random people that may ask for your advice or where something is located, then Walmart is the place, providing you get a sense of pleasure from helping people. They also have pretty decent benefits like 401k, stock, insurance, pto, vacation, just to name a few.

Hi Flor- be prepared to answer some questions about how you have helped customers in tough situations in the past, or how you have helped a friend figure out a solution to a problem. They ask some open ended questions that will have a resulting answer from you about a particular experience in your life that you can relate a skill or quality to one you would use at Walmart. So maybe think abou

Before China bought into the company. I was making $13 an hr while newbes were making $14 an hr n I've been there 24 hrs. They took away our bonuses holiday pay. The company just has gone down hill. They don't care about their associates all they care about is making money
