Wrongfully terminated for asking several times for bonuses owed to our team for sales for April 2022. Asked several to our Manager, and expressed that I was going to send an email to Finance. I send the email to finance plus managers asking politely when can we expect to receive our bonuses owed since April 2022. Trying for an excellent severance package. Asking for one year of compensation, plus they still using my voice and image for on air commercial with anyout any loyalty fee to me. #policy

I slip and fell down on the left side of my body while I was in the freezer. I will be unable to work for at least a week or two. how do I go about making an accident claim or whom can I ask for assistants?

You need to file for workman’s comp. This protects you by giving you payment when you can’t work. If you file you can’t sue your employer for any negligence in the future.

I resigned from my position because of staff shortages and I claimed medical reasons which are depression, anxiety, and stress. Unemployment is saying that I am denied because of this. I don’t know if I should appeal this or not

Dana Incorporated the Toledo automotive line.I was bullied by my team lead and her friend, I told my supervisor gave dates and times. No protocol steps. the next day I was set up for retaliation tactic by being terminated for it...

Left A job after workmans comp claim I was employed at for 5 years by far best employee they had .I found another job and used my previous employer as a reference to be contacted they provided a negative take on my time there totally false. They were upset I left the company is there anything I can do?
