I'm telling you the truth...

It can take a person almost a life-time to realize this truth. Hopefully, this won't happen to you..

Throughout the history of mankind, many were taught to believe in themselves. However, the 3% learned to believe on something greater.

Learn the principle of believing in yourself and watch what follows:

Just as you can see it in your mind's eye, you can hold in your hand. Then, as the grains of sand may fall, certainly, that's not all, because your life is about to charge.

I Believe You Can...!

I will tell you a little bit about myself, I have recentley volunterred at a Prison Ministry, called "Gracious Promise" I have been a Sunday School teacher and director and worked in the customer service industry all of my life. I started work when I was 12 at the Dairy Queen I work 2 jobs to put myself through Catholic High School. I was able to get at grant though the church that helped me finish High School. I was married at 17 and had my first child at seventeen. We had 3 children, and I did not start college, until they started Junior High and worked at a public school in special education for 4 years a Paraprofessional, while attending college. I started working as a pre-school teacher with special education and the students had multi-facet levels with special needs. Then I took a job at Trail Ridge Middle School again, with special education, for another four years through Shawnee Mission Public School. I then resigned and took a job at Sprint. for better pay and bonuses. I worked in Human Resources with the Director of Human Resources, for Sprint Corporation. I then took a job in the Cobra department,I only dealt with senior staff of supervisor's and above. Cobra insurance this takes great finesse to deal with irritate ex-employees. As the 1998-2002 layoffs started. They made me a Lead Supervisor. Sprint kept adding each department to our Cobra group as the layoffs started. We had all 22 Unions. All Insurance Plans and then the Insurance Enrollments for over 75,000 employees and they had 122 plans to know inside and out; to explain to the employee as they called to enroll. The enrollments were allowed for 6 weeks, with the enrollment period ending. Then they gave us the Employee Call Center and they handled calls from customers with escalating issues. With all this going on and then working 18 hour days, my health took a toll on me, I first left on disability with server depression and was put on full compensated disability. They asked me to come back, promising me a full Disability. me to come back and I tried to return to work, but they let our entire department go, two (2) days after I returned to work, we were down to 60 employees for the four departments. I was put on severance for 21 one months through Sprint Corporation. Then I held 2 other Human Resource Director's positions, for retirement homes for 5 year, while seeking a Social Security Disability , that I was granted that in 2016. I have since return to complete health but, with full disclosure I will continue on depression medications for the rest of my life. We have 3 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren. I am facing a divorce after 48 years. I am seeking customer relations employment and really enjoy helping people, I have excellent training with customer service. I have several awards through Sprint for exceptional dealing with Customer Service and title called, "Dealing with Difficult Situations" I currently do not have an up-to-date resume and will be working on that. Please feel free to contact me, I have handled many types of questions upon interviewing and dealt with hiring as in Human Resources Department.
I live in Overland Park, KS and my phone number is 913-258-4229. Also, my nickname is Tina, so don't be surprised by if I don't answer the phone. I will get right back to you, Thanks for taking the time to review my summary. I look forward to learning more about the position. I'm telling you the truth...(Read w/o Dismay.)

Many people put things on the back burners of life, and they never get things done. As a result, they experience more sorrow than success.

Please, don't let this happen to you.

Listen, you have to take charge of your life and..."Just handle your business" to get optimum results.

  1. Identify your niche or passion in life.
  2. Identify the value and volume it brings.
  3. Identify your support personnel.
  4. Identify your intuitive mechanisms.
  5. Identify the ROI to inspire others.

Folks, trust me on this one and don't make this procrastinating mistake.

Just handle your business, then, everything else will fall-in-place for you, and the ones you love.

I Believe You Can...!

It's common to get turned around and mixed up when interviewing for a job in a different time zone. One way to avoid this is to send an email to the manager/supervisor confirming the time and date of your interview. Also, make sure to make a note or save the event on your calendar connected to your email. This way, you can set a reminder for yourself, so that you are on time and ready to Ace the interview. #interview #hiringevents #jobsearch #tip

I'm telling you the truth...(Read before bedtime.)

Often, we wake-up in the morning doing the same old things in life each day.

For example, we hit the snooze 2 or 3 times; get out of bed on the same side; take the same 7 to 10 steps to bathroom; wash our hands with the same broken pieces of soap, and the list goes on. Right?

Yet, we mentally declare change, and expect some different results, and that's a definitive FACT. Albert Einstein once said, that's insane..! He also said...

"We cannot solve our problems by using the same kind of thinking we used, when we created them." ~Albert Einstein

So, as illustrated below, sometimes we have to change the bait on the line, so we can catch some new fish in the sea of life.

Likewise, you have to change the bait on your resumes if you want to catch those new jobs in the sea of the job market. So, we're not going home empty handed. Now, are you willing to change?

I Believe You Can...!

I'm telling you the truth...(Don't miss reading this.)

There's no doubt in anyone's mind that Jordan was great on the court, and practically unstoppable. However, Jordan knew one thing in the ultimate "Game of Life" was that...He couldn't win the game by himself.

So, what did he do? He "formed a team, [to] forge a win" and went on to become one of the Greatest of All-Time (GOAT), without question.

HOW CAN YOU WIN IN THE GAME OF LIFE?

  1. Form your team of (5-7) persons who wants to win.

  2. Decide what you all want to do collectively.

  3. Jot it down on a piece of paper as a simple draft and task.

  4. Schedule your ZOOM meeting for discussion and planning.

If you want to send me an invitation to the ZOOM meeting you can. The thing is, you have to get the ball off the floor and into the air, if you want to score and win in the game of life.

Like Jordan...that's how your form your team, [to] forge your win.

I Believe You Can...!

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read Without Fail.)

My parents never told me the things I learned over the years. Why? Because no one ever told them, so, they just didn't know.

Don't let this happen to you.

I am telling you now, so your youthful years of vigor does not wither away with precious time. So, take these words to heart.

You become what you [consistently] think about during the course of your precious days in life.

Therefore, if there are any adjustments you need to make in life, regarding your mindset, start engaging them now.

Then, everything else will fall-in-place for you. (Prov. 21:5a)

I'm telling you the truth...

Often, when we go to the store we're searching for the discounts, right? Perhaps, 10% 15% 20% to 25% if need be.

On that same token of thought, when we walk away from our dreams we're searching for that same discounted version of what others think we should be, instead of being who we were born to BE.

Don't discount your life, just follow your dream to the full extent and value of who you were meant to become.

Then, everything else can fall-in-place for you. Make 2022 your year!

I Believe You Can...!
