Hi Jose! I know there is more than one Whole Foods here in the US, so while I'm unsure of the exact location here are some things you can do! First, check out their website. Locate the company’s mission there and how you fit into it. Do you like what you see? Second, check out some past company reviews from employees. You can do this easily on Glassdoor. It's important to determine company culture and do a little digging to see if that place of employment is right for YOU. You can read more about how to determine a company’s culture here! I hope this helps and I wish you the best with your job search : )

The people are great at Whole Foods. The company culture was better before Amazon took over. They still do nice things for employees, like team member appreciation week, but under Amazon it is more like a big business. We are staying open later on Holidays.

I think a GREAT work culture is one that

The concept to provide foods that were free of pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, with no artificial colors, flavors, nitrates/nitrites, preservatives added was so new to me and most of the country, I was intrigued and sought to work at this “not your normal” grocery store. I had become a vegetarian and this was the place to be to shop for quality food, and I became a full time employee because I was impressed with the quality food concept. My “career” path within Whole Foods was rocky only because nepotism was prevalent and I had to prove I was a hard working, reliable, and loyal employee. Moved from Dallas to Austin to continue working at a huge pay cut, but I felt this was the best place to work at this time on my life.
