What’s Amazon’s hiring process?

Amazon makes it easy to apply. You can start work in as little as seven days.

Here’s how the hiring process works:

Step 1: Application. You can complete the online application in about one hour. During this phase, you'll pick your shifts and schedule your new hire appointment.

Step 2: New hire appointment. This is the final stage of the application process. You'll need to provide proof of your identity and employment eligibility.

Step 3. New hire orientation. During orientation, you'll learn more about your new job, hear from senior leaders, and get your badge photo.

Do I need a resume to apply at Amazon?

For an hourly full-time or part-time job, you usually won’t need a resume. For example, warehouse workers, drivers, and shoppers only need to complete the application form.
