I really love working for #Amazon Fulfillment Center because...
The benefits are some of the best benefits I have ever had. I really don’t like the 10 hour days. I’m getting to old to be in my feet that long everyday.

Looking for work from home opportunities
I currently work at Amazon Warehouse but I am looking for a work from home job. I’m going on 6 months. I like Amazons benefits but it is a lot on my back. My body often aches and I find my self wanting to VTO, UPT OR PTO. The job is not hard but even with 4 days a week, it’s draining. #workfromhome #customerservice #advice #amazon #amazonwarehouse #remote #resume #hiringevents #jobsearch #coronavirus #interview #application #firstjob #healthcare #deliverydriver

What I loved about working at #Amazon Fulfillment Center was
While Amazon is a great place to work, it sincerely lacks a quality developmental program and senior leadership does not listen to its subordinate leaders. I was a Area Manager with daily direct contact with employees during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Measures where put in place to address safety concerns on the job but senior leaders did mid take into account how production would be affected and hence no measures to mitigate such effects. The resultant, juniors leaders were left with the change of maintaining/improving production with no support from senior leadership. Additionally, with COVID-19 safety measures in place, there was minimal interaction with subordinates with meant less ability to affect and influence production rates. My juniors were forced to resign or left for other opportunities as leadership and innovation were taken out of their hands. Junior Leaders are expected to lead knowing that they have the support of senior leadership. I conducted several analyses and work studies to identify were support was need. I provided these data to my senior leaders in an effort to solicit addition support on the floor to no avail. When this effort failed I was forced to walk away from a job I really enjoyed.
Amazon is a great place to work but seniors aught to listen more, let junior leaders lead, and spend time to help in their development.

I wouldn't say I love working for Amazon. But what I do enjoy is the three time off benefits,(PTO,UPT, and vacation.)the benefits themselves,401k plan, and the fact my manager isn't on my back constantly. As long as you do your job you can coast through most days.
