What is the most challenging part about working for Amazon?

I really loved working for #Amazon.com because...
I didn't. Don't bother.

What I loved about working at #Amazon was
I still work there. Ilove getting 3 days off a week and the pay.

What is the company culture at Amazon like?
#amazon you still have openings in El Paso location

Denpends on the site you're at your peers and managers. I've worked for Amazon for a year (but your seasonal time doesn't officially count just the time you spend as a blue badge.) As for being racially diverse I'd say i did not have that experience ddp9 is mostly white few Africans, blacks, two Latinos or Spaniards, but mostly white Americans (guess that's the goal seeing as they're letting go of everyone that's not female and white) just keep to yourself do your job and you should be fine. Watch out for managers (the laziest members of amazon who look to writw up people when not on their phones or chatting it up) and shift assistants (the same as managers while almost all of them only difference is orange colored striped vest not red, red is for managers) well amazon buildings in Philadelphia are sub par. They all have one thing in common bad management.

What I loved about working at #Amazon was
Everything, until they up and didn’t renew the contract over Pennie’s and left a lot of good people without a job. #aboutmyjob

I loved Amazon's benefits they by far have the best yet all they care about is production. If they'd care more about the workers and paying better there turnover ratio wouldn't be so high.

I should add, its very fast paced (depending on what job their having you do) picking products is very quick. They want you to pick around 300 items an hour, whereas if your working in dispatch, it will be very slow at first and then a huge load of work to do after about an hour or so. (Those are the only 2 jobs that I have done so far). Picking is also pretty isolated and working in dispatch is more social.
