If you are looking into getting into the hotel 🏨 industry and you have a interest in working at the front desk or a supervisor/managerial role👩🏽‍💼🧑🏽‍💼; 📣 I would suggest you work for a hotel that has one of the more popular property management systems. For example: Opera or Fosse. Listen 👂🏽closely….EXPERIENCE/familiarity is everything in the hotel industry! Hilton uses Opera & Marriott uses Fosse… wherever you go, if you know either of these PMS’s, you should always be able to get a job 😁

Even if a lot of time has passed and you don’t remember how to use the system, it will come back to you! TRUST ME… I work at a Marriott currently, I was kind of nervous about using Fosse⌨️ because I hadn’t used it in 10 years😫! Marriott Company in general is great, with the principles: Respect, Integrity and consideration, but I had a very bad experienced at Boston Marriott Cambridge, I was experienced retaliation, job persecution, job Harassment, and bad actions agains to me, was a nightmare worked there, even my manager invited me to leave the company as well the Human resource Director, my manager told me one time: “ I think you hate Marriott Cambridge’’ I respond to her NO. I talked to the Human resource Director and the second head at the hotel many times about this situation in my job place( Champions Restaurant). If I had a better managers at that time in Food And Beverage Department and the Kitchen Fernando never experienced this horrible situations…
