Getting a job
I am 56 years old and I am an American living in Costa Rica. I was teaching English and my school closed last August. It took a while and a lot of hard work but I found a job on Upwork. Hey, try everything, There are no jobs here and I had to work my butt off to find one online. Don't give up! You can do it.
I had found a job back on the culinary side of employment, only 1$/hr less than I was Glazing windows and cutting mirrors. I appreciate the reach out that's been extended, as I seen just seen an opportunity that looks interesting, I just don't want anyone to feel obligated, and I've been on a very confusing journey over last 7 months, I'm learning to come back outta my shell. I'm grateful for so much, and met alot of nice people.
