I am looking for something to do from home. My background is Office Management/Customer Service. I think I would like to do Customer Service from home maybe 3 or 4 days per week to supplement my income. I worked as a relay Operator for 5 years in a call center.

Need a remote position to work nights or overnight

I am having a hard time finding a remote position working nights and or overnight. I have a strong skill set in customer service and call center experience. I prefer not to work commission only. Any suggestions? #workfromhome

I’m in the FL area Lee county looking for work. Great in the call center or office environment. Also I would be willing to work remotely for someone located anywhere any ideas ?

Seems like there's a handful of call center jobs in the Fort Myers area. Also, not sure if they're open to remote, but Chewy has a call center in Opa-Locka (other side of the state, I know, but maybe they'd do an in-person interview and let you work remotely after). They invest a ton in their staff and from a customer perspective, they've been one of the best call centers I've interacted with.

NOW HIRING Remote Customer Service Representative - Limited States Only

Liberty Mutual is hiring for REMOTE Customer Service Representative.

Non-Eligible/Excluded States: Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Illinois, Kentucky, Montana, and New York.

Company Details:

Hours of operation are from Sunday through Saturday, 7:00am-12:15am PST. We support our customers 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year so our customer service representatives need to be flexible to work within the hours of operation, plus weekends and holidays.

Through our company paid 10 week training program, you will learn about insurance policies, regulations, servicing, and what it takes to demonstrate our Quality Standards and Common Purpose, delighting our customers and agents every step of the way. Training hours are from 7 am – 3:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

  1. Helps customers in their time of need by building rapport, responding to, and resolving inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment. This is done by identifying and providing services and solutions to their questions regarding renewals, coverage, eligibility, billing, and policy changes.

  2. Delivers expertise by identifying and analyzing customer and agent needs to ensure high satisfaction, growth and retention of business.

  3. Provides counsel, guidance and suggestions to our customers to adequately cover and protect what they value most. This is done by using upselling and cross-selling sales skills to educate customers and agents on new and existing insurance products & services.

  4. Upholds our customer care standards by achieving individual goals on call quality, handle time, lead transfer ratio, adherence, first call resolution, and reliability.

  5. Maintains and tracks accurate data in various computer systems.

Hello Anyone hiring ?

Hello my name is Dajah , I’m 23 just moved back to Chicago and was looking forward to starting a new job within 2 Weeks , I have experience in Assistant manger rolls , call center , cashier , house keeping , care giver and warehouse but I don’t prefer that since I’m currently pregnant, that’s more of the reason why I’m in need of a job so soon , I’m a fast learner and i an a hard worker , I also have my high school diploma some college. Please help if can thanks in advance.
