for the beginners who are seeking job , must keep in mind that their focus should be their company /firm reputation , through sheer hard work and impeccable integrity

I would tell first time job seekers...

Be patient and don't rush...Take even a PT job that may lead to a future FULL time job... Pick a job that is right for YOU not about the money etc...you can always make $$ but a good job fit is best. Network and ask around who is hiring ...try job fairs, employment agencies etc.

Be honest and be yourself. Just watch out when you get into your 50s your employer does not try to dumb you down. This goes on everywhere. They do not want to pay you your deserved retirement benefits by getting you to quit.
