The Opportunity: Their Novi branch is seeking a full-time Personal Banker to join their team! In this role, the Personal Banker will build member relationships by identifying and providing services in a courteous, friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. Under minimum supervision, following standard policies and procedures, use computer applications to input, interpret, and relay financial information to members on an individual basis in the branch environment, including running cash transactions.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with documented five (5) years of office or administrative experience or Associate Degree with two (2) years of office or administrative experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years in providing excellent customer service and event coordination.
• Notary Public
• Effective oral communication
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work independently, follow through on all assignments, and meet deadlines.
