WHY WE FALL-SHORT AT INTERVIEWS? Attitude. [IBYC]

Listen carefully...

Falling-short in life is not a mystery, rather, it's a management of our MINDSET.

Case and Point: Once you start depending on external factors to give you leverage at your interview such as...

  • Higher education level or status hype.
  • Height, weight and depth of complexity therein.
  • Who you knew then, and possibly who you know now.
  • Language, dialect which is peculiar to a specific region or social group.
  • Technology, economics, social status quo standards.

You can easily fall-short at your interview within 10-15 seconds.

Remember, your best "attitude" can always place you in the right head-space to gain approval ahead.

I Believe You Can...!

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF OR ELSE! [IBYC]

Listen carefully...

Everyone doesn't have to see it, nor believe it, to receive it.

It wasn't meant for them, it was meant only for YOU!

Scattered pieces of a dreams wasn't assigned to you, it belongs to others.

The light bulb represents your energy and power to believe. When you see the light bulb come in the darkest hour of your mind, follow-it, then everything else will fall-in-place for you.

PREPARE FOR THESE QUESTIONS! [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read)

Don't let interview questions make you uneasy or break you down to a low point.

  • Be bold enough BREAK down your strategic approach to...

  • Answering the worse questions, as if they were the best questions.

  • Responding to the second question and insert your first rule of thought to draw a well-rounded conclusion.

  • Observing the transformation as it takes place smoothly.

QUESTION: Mr. Shoemer, tell us...Should we hire you, whst soft-skills do you bring to the table that can benefit our Administrative Department?

*Remember, they're not looking to hire someone with the same cookie cutting answers like years gone-by.

They're looking for someone who can perhaps, bake and serve the cookies with a sense of creativity.

I Believe You Can...!

GETTING MY LIFE TOGETHER AGAIN! Plan A. Point 2. Forgiveness. [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read.)

Before you forgive everyone, that is, those whom have...

Disappointed you. Backstabbed you. Laughed at you. Mistreated you. Lied about you. Exploited you. Deceived you. Blamed you.

First, forgive yourself for carrying that pain and guilt for so many years. It wasn't your fault.

As illustrated below, breaking the links between hurtful and hopeful confirms your SUCCESS.

OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENTS AGAIN? [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth... (Must Read Without Failure.)

By default, many of us can be substandard guilty by association or circumstantial information that really doesn't apply. Nobody is perfect!

Instead of fighting a case to the sweet and bitter end with 100% assurance you're going to win; allow someone else to coach us to take an out of court settlement, then call it a day.

Case and Point: When you know you have passed the interview with flying colors; they give you a Notarized Offer Letter for Hire, hand-to-hand and face-to-face and with no questions asked...

Why do we then accept a minimum wage salary and sign our name at the signature block below, instead of negotiating the salary rate we truly need? Go-figure?

Lessons Learned: Stop accepting out of court low salary rate settlements, when you're in a position to positively win.

Change your thinking to know and grow.

NETWORK -Determines- NETWORTH! [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...

If you don't know, then, you just don't know, and you probably won't know!

Fact Number One: Stop considering yourself as a low decimal point on the pivotal chart of life.

Case and Point:

"When you deplete yourself, you're actually defeating yourself and your self-worth hits the floor pretty hard." ~eLA

Focus on your self-worth and your networth will grow expeditiously. Then, everything else will turnaround in your favor.

I Believe You Can...!

DON'T FORGET THIS NOTE! [IBYC]

Listen carefully...

You don't need a group of cheerleaders showing up at your front door each morning at 6am...jumping, screaming, shouting and trying to build your self confidence level higher..!

You have to know and show, care and dare, to change and challenge your belief system within.

Then, stand-up and say..."Yes, I can do this, because I have greatness within me."

Then, get yourself ready to succeed.

I Believe You Can...!
