5 Great Questions to Ask at the End of a Job Interview
You know when you get to the end of your #interview and the hiring manager asks you, “Do you have any questions for us?” Do you return that with a blank stare 😳 or a “Thanks so much, I don’t have any questions.”?
Asking questions at the end of a job interview DOES make an impression on the hiring team. It can reflect on your interest and enthusiasm for the position, your thoughtfulness and preparedness, and your willingness to take on new challenges (to name a few!).
So, I recommend always preparing some potential questions you can ask at the end of every job interview 🙌
Before you check out 5 questions I love for the end of an interview, here are some tips: 👉 I don’t necessarily recommend asking ALL 5 of these. Pick 2-3 that resonate with you. 👉 Never ask questions just for the sake of it. Prepare questions that you legitimately want to know the answer to! 👉 Ask questions in your own style and language - you don’t need to memorize these word for word, especially if they wouldn’t feel natural to you. 👉 These questions are particularly suited for professional jobs but could be tailored to many other opportunities, even entry level 👍 👉 Lastly (take heart!), you CAN write your questions down and bring them into the interview room with you. You don’t need to memorize everything you wanted to ask 😁

The multitasking myth: Why do fewer priorities lead to better work?

Multitasking opportunities are sci-fi traps for the general public. There are entities that programme victims as biotronic gadgets, create artificial syndromes of diseases & crimes and even death, without the victims knowing anything about such a conspiracy. Now general human life is damn risky. High-tech Sci-fi magic tricks can easily hoodwink public law in many countries. People will remain ignorant if viable measures are not explained in the public forum.

They would say that ima hard worker and never complained!

Maureen, as a stay-at-home mom you had to manage, organize, instruct, delegate, cooperate, and mediate not to mention balance budgets, coordinate carpools and transportation, and freakin' event plan. You have more transferable skills than you know. Maureen, you got this! Go forth and be great! :)

How to answer: “Why Do You Want to Leave Your Current Job?”
One of the first rules of job interviewing is to never bad mouth anyone, especially a current or previous employer (even if they deserve it). That is one of the many reasons why this question is sneaky and lousy.
Your reasons for wanting to leave (or not) have nothing to do with the company you’re interviewing with and what you can do for them, but many interviewers still think this question is beneficial so you need to be ready with an answer.
Here are two different ways to answer this interview question. Obviously, adjust as needed.
- If you NEED to get out of your current company:
“It’s been a great [5] years at [ABC Company]. I’ve learned a lot, worked with great people, and I’m simply ready to move on to a new challenge in a new industry/company. The role here caught my attention and I’m excited to learn more.”
- If you’re content at your current company:
“I’m not necessarily looking to leave my current role. I saw this role and it looked really interesting and I’m here to learn more to see if there is potentially mutually interest.”
Either one of those answers is more than sufficient for this question. Use whichever one works for you and answer confidently.

Interview Question: What Are Your Strengths?
This is a very common question you can prepare ahead of time to reduce any nerves you may have before an interview.
And, just to be clear, strengths are: business skills you have…that you’re pretty good at…as determined by you. That’s it.
Have 3 different skills ready to go along with an example for each to really help illustrate why each skill is a strength and how you’ve been able to use it in your past experience.
Also, make sure each skill you choose is RELEVANT for the role you are interviewing for so the interviewer can easily make the connection between your past experience and the current job opening.

I don't feel comfortable answering this question. I would definitely have to know that others inside my district could see my answers.

Need advise on interview
Hello Everybody: I have been unemployed for about 7 months now. I left my previous job because it was a very toxic environment lacked of respect. I have been in so many interviews and everytime hey asked why I left I always said I'm looking for a professional environment. I don't know I'm awsering wrong. I change my tactic and I'm saying something else. My last interview I was asked if I have kids I said no. And I was asked if I'm planing to have kids in the future. I was very honest I said yes. Could someone tell me why employees ask this type a question it sounds wrong. Unfortunately I wasn't offered the job.
