My problem is I was a stay at home mom for 20 years. I am in touch with a few coworkers in Facebook. I think they would say I was dependeble, hardworking and detail oriented. When asked for refenences It's tough to know who to ask. I choose between the various nonprofits I was involved with as a stay at home mom. I think they would say I was compassionate and considerate.

Smart, funny, caring, logical, discrete, and a bit controlling. Don't touch my stuff! At a previous job if someone came in before I arrived they would switch my pens/pencils or put the phone on the hook backwards. Drove me nuts! All in fun, though.

1.) reliable 2.) good listener 3.) meticulous 3.) bossy that is why I have always been asked to do the preceptorship tasks because that is what I do best as one of specialty ad my knowledge is from long years spent to earn my bachelor’s degree and long years of professional experience 4.) I am a good team work. I always emphasized that if we worked together for a common goal. The job will be done. There are times when we need help. Not everybody helps in many areas but for example as a nurse if my patient is 500 Lbs and I weighed 110 Lbs. Bathing this patient is not easy without help. If I say I need 5 people at 3 Am, any volunteers? Then at 3 Am the team is ready. If we help one another we have less chances of back injuries 5.) I am outspoken and articulate and multilingual. To have multilingual ability to understand a patient will yield better description of complaints and better diagnosis and when a correct diagnosis is made, correct treatment will not delay the golden hour of life saving

Maureen, as a stay-at-home mom you had to manage, organize, instruct, delegate, cooperate, and mediate not to mention balance budgets, coordinate carpools and transportation, and freakin' event plan. You have more transferable skills than you know. Maureen, you got this! Go forth and be great! :)

Very hard working. When I worked at HMA sometimes they would have to make me leave. Fun guy to be around. People always said I was the life of the line. I am the only person in HMA to learn every process in the entire paint department. If that speaks for my work ethic.
