How do you answer the Interview question "What is your biggest Weakness? "
The best way to answer the question is to be honest and authentic. Try not to feel singled out. We all have our flaws, and that’s okay. Select a weakness that is relatively minor and “fixable” and describe it in a concise, neutral way. A great candidate is always looking for ways to learn and grow. A fabulous candidate then takes the initiative to improve.

I focus too much on the details.
I’m too self-critical.

Severity means degree. Ex: What is the severity of covid? Priority is how much weight you give something. Ex: Which is your priority in finding a job, money or location?

A career mentor once ask me "what is the point of going through an interview, if you don’t get to ask questions of your own?". Her point of view was that sometimes asking the interviewer questions about:
- Company culture
- Team dynamics
- Manager benchmarks
DURING the interview is the only time you’ll get the chance to know if you truly want the job before the job is offered to you, because you get to compare your expectations with reality. From there you can make a decision on whether you liked the environment described or not. Remember, it’s not just the company making a decision here, you are too.
