I'm telling you the truth...

"Live your best life right-now and you'll have less regrets when tomorrow comes." ~Edward Alexander

Don't wait for the change to meet you at the halfway mark, you tell the change to join you at the finish-line. Then, you say to the change...

Hey...!: What took you so long? I was waiting..!

PS: Your children will thank you for a lifetime, as the "wings of faith" will lift them higher in years to come.

I Believe You Can...!

I'm speaking from the heart...

Everyone wasn't born with a "silver spoon" in their mouth or a "gold trim plate" in their hands. Alright now!

I don't give a "rat's paw" what anyone might say..."you are worthy" and don't ever forget that....

You can make it, if you try. Your definition of success is standing-by.

I Believe You Can...!

I'm telling you the truth...

I was blessed and fortunate to have extraordinary mentors in my life, [both men and women]. They gave me virtual wings to fly.

What is the point? Many of us, our wings may be fluttering and we're spin around in circles and we just can't seem to fly.

Always remember this message...

You can always fly again (if you try), even if your wings were broken in the past.

Just try one more time, thus time use your wings of FAITH.

I Believe You Can...!

Belive in Yourself!

Self-belief means that you should have enough self-confidence to change, but not over-estimate your abilities, as that could become a fixed mindset attitude. You should be willing to grow and adapt but still have ideas about your strengths and weaknesses so that you can work on the weaker areas.

The beliefs determine what we do, how we do it, and how we see our accomplishments in the rest of the world. Self-beliefs are so powerful that the evaluations will strongly influence the careers we seek, the relationships we pursue, and ultimately what we do or do not accomplish in life.

The Power of Belief often empowers the highest levels of performance. Performing with a belief is a critical factor for achieving success at anything in life: sports, business, school, family, friends, neighbors, and communities all are impacted by your beliefs. #AWU #disability #believe

Title: Understanding "I Can" vs "I Can't"

Hello everyone,

Today, we're going to delve into a topic that plays a significant role in our lives, often without us even realizing it. We're going to discuss the power of the phrases "I can" and "I can't", and the profound effect they can have on our mindset, behavior, and overall life.

At first glance, "I can" and "I can't" might seem like simple, everyday phrases, but in reality, they're much more than that. They're statements that reflect our beliefs about our own abilities and potential. They're declarations that shape our actions, guide our decisions, and create our reality.

When we say "I can't", we're setting a limit for ourselves, often before we've even tried. By declaring that we're incapable, we close the door on possibilities and opportunities. This phrase can create a self-fulfilling prophecy, where our belief in our own inability prevents us from achieving what we could have achieved had we believed in ourselves.

On the other hand, when we say "I can", we're opening ourselves up to possibilities. We're acknowledging our potential and giving ourselves the permission to try. Even if we don't succeed immediately, the phrase "I can" encourages persistence and resilience, both of which are crucial for growth and success.

It's important to note that this isn't about denying the reality of our limitations. It's about recognizing the power of our words and the influence they have on our mindset. It's about choosing to focus on our abilities and potential, rather than our perceived limitations.

Next time you find yourself saying "I can't", take a moment to consider why. Is it because you genuinely believe you're incapable, or is it because you're afraid of failure? Remember, every skill was once foreign to you, every achievement was once something you hadn't done before. With effort, learning, and persistence, what seems impossible now may just be your next "I can".

So, let's make a conscious effort to shift our language and our mindset. Let's replace "I can't" with "I can", and see the power it has to transform our lives. After all, the first step towards achieving anything is believing that we can.

Remember, you are capable, you are resilient, and you have the power to shape your own reality. So go ahead and tell yourself, "I can!"
