I'm telling you the truth...(Trust Yourself.)

xSECRET: "When you choose to walk in the light. Then, the light will reveal to you what the darkness is not allowed to say."

Many years ago, Conrad wrote his dream to build an industry of hotels around the world.

Today, that dream holds true to his written word, which is better known as the Hilton Hotels. (Founder, Conrad Hilton.)

I strongly encourage you to sit down and write your dream. Build your Hilton "mindset" now.

Then, your life will never, ever be the same.

I Believe You Can...!

After serving in the army for several years, Chance was discharged and returned home, eager to start his civilian life. He quickly realized that finding a job was not as easy as he thought it would be. Despite having valuable skills acquired in the military, he struggled to find an employer who recognized his worth.

One day, Chance saw a job listing for a security position at a local bank. The job required someone with a strong attention to detail, the ability to stay alert for long periods, and someone who could handle stressful situations. Chance immediately knew that his military training had prepared him perfectly for this job, so he applied.

During his interview, Chance shared his experience and training in the army, highlighting his ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and his attention to detail. The bank was impressed with his background and offered him the job.

On his first day at work, Chance found himself in a high-pressure situation when he noticed someone acting suspiciously in the bank. He immediately sprang into action, following his military training to assess the situation and communicate with his team effectively. His instincts and training helped him prevent a potential robbery, and the bank management praised him for his quick thinking and professionalism.

From then on, Chance’s military training continued to serve him well in his new civilian job. He approached his work with the same discipline, focus, and dedication that he had in the military. He always kept his cool under pressure, was vigilant, and communicated effectively with his team.

Chance’s performance at work caught the attention of his superiors, and he was quickly promoted to a management position. He continued to use his skills and training from the military to excel in his job, always striving to be the best he could be.

In the end, Chance proved that his military experience was not just a part of his past but an essential part of who he was. By using the skills he learned in the military, he was able to succeed in his civilian job and create a bright future for himself.

I'm currently looking for a career. I've held myself back for a long time and never thought I would get the nerve to follow my heart. It's still hard because I'm at the end of my rope. I'm doing my best to maneuver without having a job but time is running out. All I ever wanted is to work at a radio station and make THAT my career. Everyone gotta eat but if you never what you're set to do, then you'll always feel stuck. I feel like I'm close to what I want but still far away to have it. If anyone has any leads or can help, please do so. And thank you!

They are overwhelmed by unfortunate circumstances and series of events.

STRENGTH: Find the strength on the inside of you. Dig down deep and make your comeback, from a setback and get back on your feet slowly. You can rise above your circumstances if you try, just a little.

TURN: Don't ever forget that, only YOU can turn any situation around if you give life a second chance. If you try, I will help you through some of the marvelous things I've learned over the years.

MAKE IT: They say, life will sometimes through you a "curve ball" but that's not true. The truth is, people in life will throw you a "curve ball" which can be hard to catch or hit to get on first base in life. Nonetheless, you can make it, if you try.

It's almost 2 months into the new year and most people are still working on their resolutions and goals for 2019. When setting goals for yourself whether it's during a job search or to land a new job that will promote new opportunities and growth, it's important to set goals and work hard to attain them. To keep fighting even with the going gets tough!

Never have a lack of goals If you're bored with life- you don't get up every morning with a burning desire to do things- you don't have enough goals. - Lou Holtz

Vision is everything If you don't know where you're going, you will probably end up somewhere else. -Laurence J.Peter

Dream enormously big Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars. - Les Brown

Persistence makes all the difference Never quit! It's the easiest cop-out in the world. Set a goal and don't quit until you attain it. When you do, set another goal, and don't quit until you reach it. Never quit! - Bear Bryant

Goals gives our lives meaning The trouble with not having a goal is that you can spend your life running up and down the field and never score. -Bill Copeland Setting goals and then working ridiculously hard to achieve them sets you on the path of living a purpose driven life

True success is all about working toward meaningful goals and dreams A goal is not always meant to be reached; it often serves simply as something to aim at. -Bruce Lee Achieving our dreams and goals is fantastic but that's not the most important in setting goals. The most important thing is the type of person we become along the way.

**Stop playing small The great danger for most of us lies in not setting our aim too high and falling short;but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark. - Michelangelo There's no benefit from playing small and setting your aim too low.

Where are you headed? If you aim at nothing, you will hit it every time. - Zig Ziglar If you don't set your goals in life then it's almost certain that you will be disappointed with your results. You'd be setting yourself up for failure.

Stay Focused at all times You are never too old to set another goal or dream a new dream - C.S. Lewis Nelson Mandela was 75 years old when he was elected president of South Africa. Another man in his 90's ran a 26 mile marathon . Don't ever say you're too old.

I suggest at the end of each week you set up a weekly review and analyze where you are in the process of achieving your goals. This will help you stay on track. I hope you enjoyed some of my favorite quotes. :)

SHOULD YOU READ THIS?

Many people over time have abandoned their dreams. As a result, one of four things happen in life:

  1. Their livelihood is affected.
  2. Their family becomes neglected.
  3. Their family tree grows without leaves.
  4. Their generational goals are never achieved.

Through the process of it all, everyone is affected in the grand scheme of things. Perhaps, you don't realize how important you are to others. Matter of fact, it can take a person almost a lifetime to recognize their true values.

LESSONS LEARNED: When you walk away from your dreams, guess what happens? As in the illustration below, your dreams get flushed down the pipelines of life, into an area of waste, rubbish and misuse. And all of the industrial machinery can't dig them out after years pass-by.

ACTION: "If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride - then, never quit and you'll be a winner. "The price of victory is high but so are the rewards" ~Bear Bryant

Sometimes you have to start over.

If you were given a pen and paper right now and asked to write about the last dream you had, what would be the title?
