Does anyone know why it takes approximately 8 weeks to get employed by the USPS, after your application has been accepted?

Ban Salary History!!

So Mass just passed a Salary History ban prohibiting employers to ask about wages and salaries earned from past jobs. I added the article I found online today below so you can check it out. My question is how does this really affect the diversity employment bias? Are the salary questions only excluded from job applications or are the background and reference checks also part of the ban? Is this a good thing? http://www.forbes.com/sites/lizryan/2016/08/01/will-massachusetts-start-a-trend-banning-employers-from-requiring-salary-history/#75102237a1c9

Memorial Day

Share how your city or town is honoring Memorial Day. Here in the Boston Area, the Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund plants 37,000 flags to symbolize those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.

We recently spoke with Cavett Ishihara (https://www.jobcase.com/p/cavett.ishihara), a veteran who will be retiring after 20+ years in the military, and he said "99% of Americans don't understand what we do".

Today, take a moment to reflect on those who have sacrificed everything doing one of the toughest jobs of all - protecting our freedom.
