with college degrees you can be labeled as either under or over qualified.

I think now that we have experienced being a remote worker more corporations will continue utilizing this benefit. It saves employees on commute time, gas, & allows for a more productive workday. Especially working parents, schools aren't reliable as they once were & are often expecting parents to be home for their kids during "remote learning days" which are replacing normal snow days, its all up-in-the-air!

Scott I don't have a college degree but I'm either over qualified, because of my years of working experience or under qualified due to no work experience in the field or lacking a degree. Sounds like whether degrees or not we face the same things with the work world.

I doubt this. Not everyone wants to hop out of bed rush to work with no packed lunch and stay overtime without getting paid for it. Be happy if any gen Z’s or millennials want to go for the okedokie
