AVOID A COMPLAINING SPIRIT! [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...

We all know at least 1, 2 or 3 persons that's always complaining about something, even before the drop of a dime.

Sometimes, it seems like they're just making it up for attention. Go-figure, right?

Instead of expressing a concern, they vocalize it in the form of an agitated complaint.

Lessons Learned: Let your complements outweigh their complaints and everyone can enjoy the unforgettable moments of life.

Have a nice day with them or without them. Just have a nice day, because you can't get this day back.

I Believe You Can...!

DON'T FORGET THIS NOTE! [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...

I was blessed and fortunate to have extraordinary mentors in my life, [both men and women]. They gave me virtual wings to fly.

What is the point? Many of us, our wings may be fluttering and we're spin around in circles and we just can't seem to fly.

Always remember this message...

You can always fly again (if you try), even if your wings were broken in the past.

Just try one more time, thus time use your wings of FAITH.

I Believe You Can...!

Do this at your next interview! [IBYC]

The short conversation went something like this...

The kitten says...I know you and I don't have many things in common. You're a dog and I'm a cat. Right?

However,

I overheard my boss talking on the phone last night saying..."his company was looking for someone to walk-in to the interview and talk about four comprehensive professional soft-skills they really need."

Such as...

  1. Flexibility
  2. Compassion
  3. Readiness
  4. Preparedness

Everything else about the job details would fall-in-place accordingly. Are you ready to go?

I Believe You Can...!

Should you use ChatGPT to write your Cover Letter?

ChatGPT Enhances creativity:

Writing a cover letter can be a daunting task, especially if you're not naturally creative. ChatGPT can help you generate creative ideas and language that you may not have thought of on your own. This can enhance your creativity and help you create a more compelling cover letter.

Writing a cover letter can be a time-consuming and challenging task. With ChatGPT, you can quickly generate personalized language that matches the job description and highlights your skills and experience. This will save you a lot of time and effort.

Give it a shot. In my opinion it may help you. If you don’t like how it came out then modify it to your liking. It could be a great outline. #AWU #disability #coverletter

LIFE, BEGINS WITH YOU! Principle No. 1. Thinketh [IBYC]

If you're going to rebuild your life, the journey begins right now!

Good morning everyone... !MUST READ!

My friends listen carefully, each morning you wake-up is not a gimme, given or gimmick. Rather, it's a invaluable and immovable "GIFT" called life.

Therefore, how you get it, give it, and live it, determines what you'll receive in return from life.

This is the "oracles" of life which cannot be changed at-will. Each decision you make creates the reality in which you live, thus, impacting your life and family as well.

Principle No. 1. THINKETH: So, as a man or woman thinketh, so she or he is or eventually becomes in the grand scheme of life.

Decide today to move forward on this journey called LIFE.

I Believe You Can...!

What about a Cover Letter?

When it comes to job applications, including a cover letter can be a strategic move. Why it’s important and when should you consider attaching one?

What is a Cover Letter? A cover letter is a one-page document that introduces yourself to the employer. It provides an opportunity to tell your story before your first interview.

While your resume highlights your qualifications, the cover letter allows you to share more about your current situation, career goals, and what makes you a good fit for the role.

Use it to define your personal brand and demonstrate the core values you can bring to the company.

A well-written cover letter can make a positive first impression on a hiring manager. It shows that you are not only qualified but also have excellent written communication skills.Consider it an opportunity to showcase why you’re the right candidate for the position.

When Is a Cover Letter Necessary?

Most positions require a cover letter when applying. If the job listing asks for one, definitely include it. Even if not explicitly required, a cover letter can still be helpful and may be expected by some employers.

Some companies specifically indicate whether they want cover letters or not in their job listings so pay attention.

When Not to Include a Cover Letter

If the job listing explicitly says not to submit a cover letter, follow those instructions. Some companies skip cover letters to streamline the application process or test applicants’ ability to follow instructions.

If the listing doesn’t mention a cover letter, use your discretion. However, in my opinion it’s better to skip it if it’s not requested.

What to Include in a Cover Letter

Focus on what you offer to the potential employer. Highlight your relevant skills, experience, and how you align with the role. Remember, you are selling the fact that you are the best candidate for the job.

Keep it concise, professional, and tailored to the specific job you’re applying for.

Remember that while some employers may not prioritize cover letters, others value them highly. Assess each situation and decide whether attaching a cover letter will enhance your application. #AWU #disability #coverletter
