Was this during your two year probationary period? I was “separated” 4 days before my probationary period ended without appropriate due process. One week later I was diagnosed with two grade 4 brain tumors (GBM). Now my wife and I get to traverse through brain cancer without an income or insurance. Mind you I’ve been an ER nurse for 24 years. 18 1/2 years working for the government. 1/12 years left to retire and this happens. If you can help it, the VA employment is sketchy at best. Never trust them. I hope this helps.

Amazon was my first job.I worked for them 3years and 4 mouths . I was fired because I mystakely used a wrong way in the parking area.

The worst part of a termination is that it ruin your most recent job reference, especially if you had worked for that employer for a long time. In Canada it's illegal since 2005 for a former employer to give bad references for a past employe other than the starting date, end date and the salary paid only. Should be the same in USA now!
