The Cafe

Busy breakfast and lunch Cafe looking for experienced line cooks to join our well established kitchen team. Our menus consist of Traditional American Cuisine but we are open to new refreshing menu ideas. Must have experience working breakfast, lunch and on a variety of cooking equipment including flat tops, grills and fryers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality dishes efficiently to fill customer orders in accordance with food safety standards.

• Adhere to health and safety standards, cleaning the kitchen frequently and practicing good personal hygiene.

• Maintain the freshness of all food supplies, rotating old ones out as needed.

• Store food items at the appropriate temperatures, properly clean cooking equipment after use, and ensure that the kitchen is pristine at the end of each shift.
