Did you know!
89% of recruiters expect job candidates to submit a CoverLetter, according to Zety's 2025 Future of Work Report, which surveyed 753 recruiters or HR professionals involved in hiring.
The benefit of submitting one, whether your prospective employer asks for it or not, is that "the cover letter is an opportunity to shape the narrative of your candidacy and ensure the hiring manager understands how your experiences align with their needs.
Remember, however, not to repeat what is in your Resume. Explain why you are a good fit. #AWU #disability #jobs #coverletter

MANIFEST YOUR GREATNESS! [IBYC]
Listen carefully...
A wise person once said...
"No one is greater than their thoughts; just like a student is not greater than his teacher, yes, he has a lot to learn. If you want to be great, empower your thoughts to teach and train you as such. Do not try become greater than your thoughts. Or, your thoughts may not teach you accordingly. Let your thoughts make you great, however, not greater than you think." ~Edward Alexander"

PAYING IT FORWARD, IT WILL COMEBACK! [IBYC]
I'm telling you the truth...(Read Without Failure.)
Learn to utilize your power and authority appropriately, it will come back to you 10x the measurements.
Tru-Lyfe Story: I've always been the guy to pay-it-forward in life. Small, medium or large, I've righteously paid it forward not looking for anything in return.
PART 1.
When my Father died, I didn't have enough money to buy a loaf of bread. There was little or no time to seek reservations to fly out for the funeral.
I showed up at Andrew's AFB with one prayer and less than a penny of hope of being accepted on a standby flight.
We'll, at a moment's glance all flights were deadlocked and hope was lost.
As I was heading towards the exit door, even "faith" seem to whisper..."another time chum, but not tonight."
Suddenly, my name rang across the loud speaker saying, "please report to Gate No. __, for essential boarding privileges."
The attendant explained all the fine details and I was authorized to gain access to the aircraft.
PART 2. You definitely need to read this later. This will blow your mind.

AVOID A COMPLAINING SPIRIT! [IBYC]
I'm telling you the truth...
We all know at least 1, 2 or 3 persons that's always complaining about something, even before the drop of a dime.
Sometimes, it seems like they're just making it up for attention. Go-figure, right?
Instead of expressing a concern, they vocalize it in the form of an agitated complaint.
Lessons Learned: Let your complements outweigh their complaints and everyone can enjoy the unforgettable moments of life.
Have a nice day with them or without them. Just have a nice day, because you can't get this day back.
