To anyone willing to read: I have recently started the job search process and I find it to be slightly rewarding. Having not done this for 20+ years having to reflect on past accomplishments and failures I see it as an opportunity to see where the real growth is. I have changed so much as an individual. Completing all of these resumes and cover letters has helped me see it. I hope you all are able to find the positive during what some consider to be a stressful event.

There’s no ac in our trucks! The workers and I have complained over the years about getting this issue fixed but no one has done anything about it. I even called the labor board and they told me it’s up to the company to fix this issue but nothing has been done! 🤬 The last tome I worked there it was so hot in my truck I ended up going home because I felt like I was about to pass out! Sad to say but that’s one of the main reasons I hardly work over there! I know the company has the money to do it.
