What is Amazon's position on the mental and physical well-being of its employees and staff?

When a department manager is tasked with solving issues to maintain a smooth, productive current of energy flowing throughout that manager's staff members during their shift, can very challenging and can become overwhelming at times. Over time, it can make that manager forget too or apply the,( in my opinion) #1 principal that every single employee must apply from day 1 ... Don't bring in to your workday a foul emotional feeling and wear it around your shoulders all day. Keeping it Tide around chest it around your chest If something affects you so bad that it causes you to project those negative tones and emotions to a colleague, co-worker, boss or friend, then consider using some of your accumulated time off Nobody wants to work when they're "ill". Nor do they want to work with some else that has a foul mood and is difficult to communicate with. Does Amazon.com recognize the benefits of a calm, professional, motivating management Team vs/ the, a threatening, hysterical and stressed out management team? What are some the ways Amazon would insure the psychological health, and wellbeing of its staff members? #management #healthcare

Are You Friendly, Professional, and Reliable??

You may be surprised to learn what qualities managers spend the most time looking for! On this list of Personality Traits Hiring Managers Value what do you think is #1??

According to the survey, Professionalism was the top ranking answer, with Reliability as a close second! Leadership skills are important too, since they mean an employee can work under pressure, and handle projects that may need extra attention.

Confidence may be a surprising answer, but it means an employee is prepared, knowledgeable about their industry, and can trust their own decision making skills! Intelligence may be last on this list, but prioritizing other valuable soft skills means that there is room for all kinds of applicants, with various backgrounds!

Do you feel you have the transferable skills necessary to apply to a new job? Are there any qualities on this list that you feel you bring to the table more than others?

What skills do you have that set you apart from other applicants?? I’d love to hear what you think in the comments section!

I DON'T PLAN ON FAILING! Attitude is Everything. [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read Now.)

It's one thing to fall-short in life, yet, it's even worse if you fail to try.

Failing can be attributed to a series of situations that's have been piled upon you over the years, and now, it's become more difficult to remove the dirt. (Lack of motivation.)

5 - Keys For a Successful Mindset:

No. #1. Pick-up the shovel in your mind, and get to work.

No. #2. Dig a hole 3ft. deep by 3ft. wide.

No. #3. Tear the list into 20 small pieces, because it's wreaking havoc in your life.

No. #4. Bury those 20 pieces away from your "field of dream."

No. #5. Break the shovel in two pieces; now walk away, and don't look back.

My friends, "I don't plan on failing" and neither should you. Attitude is everything, and everything begins in you, before it will manifest for YOU.

PARENTAL TIPS For Kids. [IBYC[

I'm telling you the truth...(Must Read.)

Parents, don't fail to teach your children this life-changing principle.

Self Development TIPS For Kids: RULE #1. Listen to your parents.

Your parents know things that you can't even imagine they know. They know the past, and present in order to prepare you for a successful future.

So, trust their judgment and follow their instructions and guidance regardless of what your friends and/or other people may say.

Oh yeah, and don't make changes along the way without their permission.

Rule #1. "Listen to your parents."

32 years in the transportation industry. I love the trucking profession for two reasons. #1 We keep the country functioning on every level by getting the people what they need to live each day. #2 No two days are the same. In fact, every single day is a brand new adventure.

What made me stay at #Del campo produce was

Well this is a very long story.,to start of del Campo produce was my first job.i started at the wherehouse putting orders together, picking, organizing the wherehouse and offloading trucks with pallets wich contained #1 produce vegetables and fruits.abput 2 months in the company provided my a cell phone for company use and personal use.so that became a bill less on my list a couple months later I got promoted to be one of their drivers witch paid a little better than just being in the wherehouse.so I was a vender for #1 produce picked up product in different locations and vended many restaurants and taquerias around the region.what I didn't start liking was I drove their class b trucks with my regular driving license on my route they loaded me from front to back sometimes my orders where to much for the pallet on it to hold everything so they would load what didn't fit on the floor.this was around 2016,2017.also my route being some off the longest routs of the company I didn't mind getting it done hoping I would get better pay.i was getting $15.00 dollars an hour if even that driving a class b trucks bending.,and even something has to built some of the orders ony route.i just have this guy feeling I was sopose to be getting paid a little more than that.and I made me feel taken advantage off

PASSING THAT "doggone" INTERVIEW! Stop Losing, Start Choosing. [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...(Read Without Fail.)

The unemployment line extends itself day-day to no avail. The numbers fluxiates according to data, perhaps not in you favor at times.

THE LOSING PROCESS: Some people wake-up each morning doing the same old things, expecting different results:

  • Putting the coffee on the stove, watching TV, and submitting 23 to 27 tiring resumes.

  • Staying angry and disgruntled at the world, until the sun goes down.

  • Looking out the window for frivolous results not yet seen.

THE WINNING PROCESS:

Here are 5 - Cutting Edge TIPS to learn for turning things in you favor:

CE #1. The Identification. CE #2. The Modification. CE #3. The Meditation. CE #4. The Appropriation. CE #5. The Communication.

Listen, "start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible." ~Francis of Assisi

I use these principles before my schedule interviews.

Target Hires Felons

Target is a member of the Second Chance Business Coalition and many locations across the nation are currently seeking permanent employees, now that the seasonal hiring has ended & most temporary employees have gone. They have adopted the Fair Chance Business Pledge & regardless of the state you live in they follow the Ban The Box hiring trend. That means you don't have to check that box that asks about criminal offenses & won't ask until a job offer is made.

Of course, some convictions will exclude you from consideration, theft being #1. Violent crimes or crimes that involve sexual misconduct will also be grounds for denial.

I've attached the direct link from hirefelonsjobs.org. There are openings for guest attendants (cashier), cart attendants, grocery stockers, receiving and warehouse jobs. Target has a culture of inclusivity & everyone has a fair chance to be hired.

Read this resource article, then check your local Target's web page under "careers". If you know someone who works there, they can go to their WORKDAY App & submit an employee referral.

Information can be found here
