When you try to "crush your interviews" you often get crushed in the process by unseen skepticism and factors.

Rather than crushing your interview, focus on you interaction with the board members. Consider these soft-skills:

• Appeal
• Attitude
• Approach
• Adjustment

Then, everything else will fall-in-place.

There are 1,001 reasons why people fall-short in life, so let me mention one in particular:

PRINCIPLE: No. 1. A Measure of Faith.

1. Many times no one in our family ever emphasized that we could make it across the finish-line of life. So, we lost motivation, inspiration, drive and hope. Then, our leg power or will-power dried up. (We can't blame anyone, things happen in life.)

When people forget to tell us..."It's possible" or "We can make" then, it becomes difficult to step out of the starting blocks of life with a winning attitude.

It's never too late... so runners take your mark, get set, GO...!
