Overview of the role ... The Customer Service Associate position operates in a claims contact center assisting customers needing to file an insurance claim. Interactions with customers include initiating and explaining the claims process, providing status on existing claims, and providing other services to the customers as needed.

I just got a call from a place I interviewed at last Friday and today I got a message from the future supervisor that they are going to hire me how long does the official offer letter take to arrive in my email. I’m slated to start January 2 so I begin the new year off with a bang. Yes I’m very much excited

After my interview at blessing I shadowed a cna and asked some questions then afterwards went back into the office and was offered the job and I accepted it
