I wanted to work for a good company. I think working for them would help me in achieving stable employment, working with others for common goals in a supportive work environment and attain financial stability. "So how do I make it clear that I want to be hired by Walmart and be given at least a chance to prove myself to them?" #walmart

I keep trying over and over for even a sliver of an opportunity. Knowing that my past plays a part, should not be used as a roadblock, but it does happen. The thing is you have to treat it like a hurdle and get over it to get to your goal. I'm trying to be like those who are employed by Walmart and enjoying the part they play for the company. I respect the opinions of those who don't feel the same way, the experiences at a job ( good or bad), will do that to employees.

It's a good paying job

Walmart was a job i wanted to work for when I was young. But knowing what I know now it's not for me much anymore.

I had a family member working there already. I started as a part time cashier, enjoyed the environment and growth opportunities. Worked my way up to assistant manager and never looked back. Every job has its issues, it’s what we do to move past those issues, if we want to succeed or let it hold us back. I do not regret one single thing about working for Walmart

I’ve worked for them for many years before, but due to circumstances out of my control I was forced to leave but now that I can come back, I do wanna go back because I love the environment I love helping my customers and that’s the only place I see myself working. They have a good pay rate and yes, they do treat their employees right. If you choose to advance in your career while you’re there and they will help you pay for it, if you have any issues say, for example, with another employee, you’re given the chance to work it out with them. It’s called an open door. They just have a lot to offer and that’s just my passion to work in that type of environment where I love helping customers and making myself known to my managers because of my hard work.
No way to prove You want to be hired. Walmart has a standar test wich evaluates You; but, You can always go to H.R and introduce your self. If You are a Good worker, there's always going to be a chance to step up. Benefits and and payrate are so Good that I'm a medical biller and rather work for Walmart. Good luck!!!
