Independent Contracting Business/Trainer/Speaker Professional

I gave my manager a difficult write-up when she underrated me during a performance review, which was based on contractor's feedback (hearsay).

Contractors who had a history of side stepping their contractual obligations with our corporation. I was one who did not allow said contractors to shower me with distractions to cover up their shortcomings.

My manager was not acting as a leader, and she unfortunately, answered to her manager for her thoughtless decision. Me, as a professional, will always protect my reputation and move forward dignity in hand.

I'm telling you the truth...

Everything you acquire in life is relative to your thinking abilities, and processes in your mindset.

When we want certain things in life, we have to understand, how to draw them closer to us?

"Charity begins in the heart. Clarity is regulated in the mindset." ~eLA

If you can't see them coming, they will come and always arrive on time.

I Believe You Can...!

Must Read Without Failure.

Through much experience in life, we all know that we place people, places and things on the top of our priority list for things to do.

That's okay! Now I am encouraging you to place your NAME at the top of your priority list.

Your first and best priority of all-time should be YOU. That means...trusting and loving yourself dearly, then acting accordingly.

Then everything else will fall-in-place for you and your loved ones as well.

I Believe You Can...!

Hello! My name is Timothy. I’m a retired navy veteran that is looking for a new career in a field/industry that is somewhat similar or even completely different from my current one. I have a degree in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America St. Helena, Ca. I currently work in hospitality management and back of house operations but due to on going military service related health issues I’ve had to unfortunately step down from a regional management roll into an hourly assistant kitchen management job role. I have applied to several different positions and companies but really have not had too much success even when being qualified for the several positions I applied for. If there is anyone that may be searching for a candidate such as myself that is open to almost any occupation that can be turned into a fulfilling career, I would most certainly be more than willing, open, and beyond thankful to speak with you. I’m currently seeking a salary based position with benefits in any industry that I would be considered qualified for. I’m open to in person/ on-site, remote, hybrid, and willing to travel. I am also more than willing to make a commute with reliable transportation as well. Thank you all for taking the time to read this and those who may be on the lookout for a candidate like me. #veteran #NavyVeteran #lookingforacareer #jobsearch #hireveterans #wineindustry #pointofsale #militaryavaition #managementexperience #chefexperience #leadership #salaryposition #yournextcandidate #loyalemployee #openforinterviewing #willingtotravel #opentodiffentoppertunities

I am looking for work in Lafayette, La. I am a veteran and the only real job I’ve had is the Army. I still have a security clearance. Could anyone point me in the right direction? #jobsearch #interview #veteran

I'm telling you the truth...(Read Before Bedtime.)

Many people are not stakeholders in your life. Therefore, it doesn't matter to them if you win, lose or draw.

So, remember, you're going to get hit with some punches in life, perhaps through...

Flimsy Finances. Marred Marriages. Faulty Friendships. Critical Co-workers. Rustic Relationships.

Just to name a few that really hits home.

Listen, you have to lift your hands-up to fight. Your hands are your power thoughts in your mind, which can help you win the next round in life.

Whatever you do, DON'T throw in the towel in life. It's yours if you stand, and fight to wtin.

I Believe You Can...!

I don't like boxes , there for I always have a solution before a problem arises or for when the problem happens to make a special appearance.

Why do we have to be in a box to think outside of it? I've never liked that question.
