What’s a small thing your workplace does that makes a big difference in your day?

I think each workplace should provide their employees with free coffee! It's great for morale! If you don't have to bring coffee to work, you are more productive, more punctual, and have generally better opinion of the workplace.

As long as I can still get paid, that is the main thing.

Work smart not hard

I had a coworker who told us that if we liked how we dressed, then we'd perform better at work. She was kind of joking, but it stuck with me.

What skill do you wish you had learned earlier in your career, and why?

I wish I had learned the skill of effective networking earlier in my career. For a long time, I focused mainly on building technical knowledge and doing the work, but I’ve realized that strong professional relationships open doors to opportunities, mentorship, and growth that aren’t always accessible through skill alone. Building those connections earlier would have accelerated my learning and career development.

Marketing effectively and patience. I rushed through both causing me to lose my light in the social industry.
