It is challenging and never boring, Building teams and sharing and learning new skills is the foundation of PM role. Responsibilities, challenges, focus, people skills, communication and negotiation are some of the abundance of skill set required by a PM . But it is always a love to work in that role
My biggest mistake was not realizing that the company had no operational support in my region, leaving well to wish the customer service, being in my charge to respond for problems, whose qyal I had already informed the solution. so it was eroding the relationship with the company.
