To continuously improve my knowledge and skills in agile methodologies, especially Scrum, and become an expert in leading Scrum teams. To facilitate effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration among cross-functional teams, enabling them to deliver high-quality products efficiently. To support the development and growth of team members by providing them with guidance, feedback, and coaching. To foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the team and the organization.
