2. Set aside moments to connect with someone more superior than you, for calmness.

3. Set aside moments to cleanse the playground of your mindset.

4. Set aside moments to touch the "source of life" to increase your spirituality.

At times, our body can be likened to a witherong rose, and only we can stop this action.

                    TRU-LYFE STORY!

STRUGGLES:

Co-workers discreetly laughed and ridiculed me behind my back, because I didn't have a college degree, while sitting in the presence of privileged ones. Whew... that was painful.

So, I seeked private guidance from a mentor and he told me, "Ed... go to school and get your degree, so you can become successful." I said "yes sir."

I acquired my AA, B, MBA...then the laughs became dwindled to snickering. Hmm, I thought? I went back to school, and acquired my Ph.D., and later my Doctorate in Science.

I was still trying to please the masses. Big mistake people!

SUCCESS:

I stopped being a "people pleaser" and living by other people's opinions about me. I simply started to "speak from my heart."

Today, I travel the world touching people's hearts and lives as a Motivational Speaker. Yes, people listen at great lengths and measures.

LESSONS:

You don't have to have a college degree to be successful, or live by other people's opinions and standards.

All you have to do is be sincere and "speak from your heart." Then, everything else will fall-in-place for you.
