How would you like to complete a project on budget and on time

My experience shows that all projects can be completed within cost and schedule if the team plays by the process and procedures including the terms of a contract. It takes discipline and good delegation to get the job done right.

My advice to people interested in working at #Projects,Inc. as a #Machinist ...

Very much mismanaged. New VP running the place while the owner well......he just sits in his office.

How do you measure the size of a project?

What do you think is a good measure of the size of a project? The number of people on the project team? The budget? The expected revenue from the unique product, service, or result? Other measures? And a related question... what would you consider a "small", "medium", or "large" project? I see on job postings things like "must be able to manage 4-6 small projects simultaneously", but there's often no definition of what they mean by "small".
