What should I say at a Carls Jr interview?

What is your go-to interview outfit?
When you want to look and feel your best, what is your go-to outfit?
My favorite interview outfit is:
- Dark slim fit jeans or dark dress pants
- A lightly patterned blouse, usually simple stripes or polka dots
- Flats
- Simple necklace with a watch and stud earrings
- I pull my hair into a half up/half down style (because I always play with my hair when I'm nervous... pulling it out of my face minimizes this!)
Comment your outfit ideas below!

Hmmmmm dress pants dark colored or light gray very neutral, a plain simple colored button down top, flats or heels. DONE!

Thanks Leonard and Mary

Can follow that lead..

Here's mine:
Always prepare 2 - 3 questions ahead of time to ask during your interview! This helps you 1) gather all the information you need to make a decision should you be offered the job and 2) helps your potential future employer know that you're thinking seriously about what it would be like to work there!

Five Essential Points to Remember When Presenting Yourself During an Interview

Speak Up During Phone Interviews
This may sound obvious to some of you, but make sure you actively PROJECT your voice when speaking with recruiters, HR professionals, or hiring managers during phone interviews.
Not everyone is great on the phone, and that’s okay. This simply means you need to consciously dial up the volume so your excitement and interest about the role and talking about your past comes across well.
Don’t worry about speaking too loudly (chances are you won’t), so go a little over and above your normal volume. Besides, if you are too loud, they will simply lower the volume on their phone. No big deal.
Remember, for these interviews, the interviewers cannot see you, so your eye contact and hand gestures are meaningless (although definitely smile as that will come through in your tone).
To help you stand out among other applicants, you must up the volume and inflect your voice to showcase your enthusiasm and personality for the company and the role.

Hi @Vanessa O, congrats on your upcoming #CarlsJr interview! I did some research online and found some commonly asked questions. Here's what I found:
Tell us about yourself? Use this question to sell yourself to the interviewer. Talk about any past and current work experience you have had that relates to the position you are interviewing for at Carl’s Jr.
What can you tell us about Carl’s Jr.? Spend some time before your interview to do some research about the company. Find out the approximate timeframe of when the chain was started and maybe some recent news about the company.
Why do you want to work here? Mention that you love their products and you are eager to represent Carl's Jr as a proud employee.
I'd also spend some time reviewing how to navigate tough interview questions.
