Thank you for responding. I guess that is why I will never take another salary job without specifications of expected hours. Monday through Sunday 430a to 1130p becomes a small pay check with no change in site. I loved my job but not enough to make pennies on the dollar and never see my family.

Hello @Dawn Bauer, as a salaried employee, your hours may differ based off the demand of the your role and or needs of the department. When I was a salaried manager I was working 45-50 hours a week, but when Covid happened, I was expected to work sometimes 70 hours a week due to is having to layoff a lot of the staff.
