Lowe's is Awesome @Shana Madry ! One of the things I find most impressive about the Lowe's staff is how familiar everyone is with the store. I'm not what you consider a "handyman" so I need a lot of help finding parts and equipment in big box warehouse stores like Lowe's and Home Depot. Lowe's employee's are able to give me exact location directions for anything I need. I've been to Lowe's stores in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts and found this is a consistent practice among the Lowe's team.

Curious... does Lowe's train employees how to do this or is the company more inclined to hire more knowledgable and experienced home improvement candidates?
