Customer Service Representatives

As a former CS Manager, I'd only ask for about 1 year of customer service experience (in person retail is a plus in my book), because they're typically simpler jobs that mostly require interpersonal communication skills. That being said, experience with data entry & typing are also a plus. And if you're bilingual? Oh yeah! #CustomerService

Eager to work..

I find it hard to travel for work on a daily basis because my circumstances have changed but can work it out. I do not receive disability and need to be employed. I have experience in multiple fields and positions, including customer service, cleaning service, etc... with upper management experience as well. I have a great additude, I'm a team player but I'm also motivated enough to work without supervision. I love to learn new things and learn fast. I'm a loyal employee and can follow protocol. I just need the opportunity to prove it. I would love someone to take a chance on me to join their team and/or work from home. #jobsearch #workfromhome #interview #multitask #loyalteamplayer #customerservice #fastlearner #salesman #qualitycontrol #advice #opinion #share #remotework #remotejobs #homeoffice #reels #motivation #love #HR #jobsearch #hiring #application #PCA #Healthcare

My journey 2#

PART 2: MY JOURNEY AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

In 2018, I took on a new challenge as a Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing the entire country's business. My responsibilities included:

  • Maintaining a customer satisfaction target of 98%
  • Managing high call volumes while ensuring exceptional quality standards
  • Facilitating open communication within the team through regular meetings and promoting collaboration
  • Recognized as a top performer for consistently exceeding performance targets

I championed a culture focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, resulting in higher client satisfaction and retention. I also led improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery processes, achieving over 85% success rate.

Additionally, I:

  • Trained new customer service representatives on company policies and procedures
  • Assisted in recruiting new employees and mentoring junior representatives
  • Supervised large teams, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging open communication
  • Improved productivity, increasing repair volume to over 6,000 and enhancing skill sets within the team

My hard work paid off, and I was awarded a certificate in Customer Experience after undergoing further training at the China head office.

Stay tuned for Part 3, where I'll share my journey as the Country Manager for Uganda and South Sudan! #Carlcare #CustomerService #Leadership

There should be no negative comments if you feel uncomfortable go to HR and make an report and if they can’t help call and speak with upper management

DON'T EAT THAT CHEESE! [IBYC]

Listen carefully...

More often, a mouse will eat the cheese laid out in front of him at-a-glance.

He doesn't stop to contemplate the ingredients... spices, proteins, minerals, herbs, or anything else to say the least....

As a result, things don't workout in his favor.

Likewise, before we approach an interview we assume advise from other unknown people without considering the sources as well.

As a result, our outcomes from interviews can vary ending in disapprovals or not highly favorable.

If you want a successful interview, be careful not to eat the cheese you receive from other people.

Then, everything else will fall-in-place in you favor.

I Believe You Can...!
