We are seeking a positive, pro-active Customer Service Representative for our fast-paced, high-call volume, creative manufacturing client located near Methuen, MA. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Responsible for efficiently processing all US and International orders (email, phone and web site) within your territory. Responsible for following up, tracking and helping with all customers issues (technical and quality); updating and maintaining customer information and attending weekly sales meetings. Learning product line and be able to help customers and sell the appropriate product.
Must be high energy with outstanding customer service, communication and listening, multi-tasking, organizational and time management and computer (MS Office) skills.
Minimum of an Associate’s degree and three years of customer service and/or sales experience is required. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Make sure you get the training you need cause sadly I had a 3 week class with IDK how many trainers and it wasn't done as well as it should have been. What a disappointment. Especially when i then only got 1 day of actual nesting before we were out on the phones on our own. I've never had such a poor training experience as I did here. I had hoped it would work but I like many of my classmates felt very unprepared for being on our own. #officelife

Looking for CSR who can handle the intake of new orders and coordinates with the Patient Educator (PE) and Patient Care Representative (PCR), prior to surgery, and schedule delivery of the Medical Compression System (MCS), for home use in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). The CSR will data enter new orders, including supporting documentation and inform the PE & PCR of the order to initiate insurance coverage and educate the home use of the Active Care pump to the patient.
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs) • Knowledge or understanding of commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other governmental and private insurance products, specifically the verification and authorization processes. • Medical terminology and health insurance background required • Have a clinical background or experience
Education/ Experience Requirements • Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred • Minimum of 3-5 years customer service experience and/or medical background
