Funny enough, I never felt proud to work at Harley Davidson, at the start it was a fantasy working at a large company, a place where I felt I would belong. In the end it was made clear that in my position, I did not belong, I was nobody. I got disregarded and yelled at more than I ever got a thank you. No matter how hard I worked or anything I tried my best at, it wasn't enough. But to everybody working anywhere, remember you are enough, no matter what anybody say's to you. The shift precious to us messed up several batched of kaymak. I was able to step aside and fix the oders while workers continued to package and label. Everything ended up pretty smoothly and I only had to stay an hour extra, which was my choice. #foodservices #motivation #coworkers
