Covid-19 put me on remote status since the March lock down and I have been struggling to perform due to the constant noise level. It's unbearable. I am full of anxiety, constantly distracted, taking phone calls in my closet to avoid disruption. I need help. I don't know who to turn to or whether I even have a right to ask this question. Yes, I am fortunate I have a job. But this is not about having a job or not - I want to know facts, protocols, SOP's - it's not like remote work is a new concept. Anyone? I just need some advice? #Guidance #inspiration #advice #Florida #help #hr #coworkers #workfromhome #remoteworker #osha #compliance

Terrible management, HR that ignores managers date employees and promoting them, Or use promotion to fix problems with individuals instead of firing them. #obam #brunswick,me #shitemployer #osha #HRwhereareyou?

I was told it was more important to make nice with the undermanaged and lackluster management to get ahead. #fail #badidea #poorculture #mymanagerwassleepingaroundwithothermAnagersandbragged - HR did nothing. #save yourself! #wayfairsucks #equality #raceequalityisneededhere #sexualexplortation

What can I offer jobs?? Is a positive attitude and flexible. I don't like doing anything half way I like doing right and to the fullest. My work ethic is easy to get along with and build a good and smart working environment

I think it may very well be but as well new standards even for prescription medications you can and will be terminated upon the company physicians referral and as well they can tell him to tell you that your not able to work due to them not having light duty safe work and it does happen legal or not it does happen be aware!!

I had a fractured ankle (not an on the job injury) and had been completing warehouse jobs with 4 temps and one production team of 4 that didn't have much experience. 3hrs into the shift my boss chooses to not come out and train the temp which lead to me hobbling around trying to make sure everyone did their job.
