Robert Half is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a well-known company in the Des Moines, IA Metro.

This Customer Service Representative will provide personalized advice and help members navigate the insurance industry with a high-touch, customer-centric experience.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Help members navigate the healthcare system
• Provide customers a seamless onboarding experience from the minute they first contact support
• Educate, recommend, and enroll customers in health insurance and ancillary coverage
• Handle contacts in a courteous, friendly, and detail-oriented manner while utilizing active listening skills and stellar grammar
• Respond to members with knowledge and deep empathy
• Quickly identify and resolve issues for members when transactions and experiences don’t go exactly as planned

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of product-based customer service experience
• Experience in manufacturing or construction industry is also highly preferred
• Candidates should have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Great attention to detail and be a team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
