@Asia Jennings Try searching the job board for potential employment opportunities. Click on the tab that says jobs and you’ll be able to explore positions and submit applications there. Be sure to filter out your job search by using your desired job title as a keyword. Good luck! 🍀

With healthcare constantly changing. If you could pick the perfect shift and hours, what would you pick? Keep in mind all shifts would have to be covered and fairly distributed.

Well It could work that way with only having 12 hours. If the hospital is going to pay for overlap, I think it's fair to assume that they don't want to have to pay both employees extra hours.

I would go for 12 hours for 3 days and another 8 on day 4

Excellent communication skills (both listening and speaking) Empathy and compassion for patients and their families Physical endurance to tolerate long periods of standing and heavy lifting Quick response during emergencies and problem solving skills Respect for patients, colleagues, rules, confidentiality, and cultural traditions Emotional stability and ability to handle high levels of stress without harm to oneself

Possessing these six traits can help individuals have a successful and rewarding career in the healthcare industry.

One thing I would have loved to have at #Cna was more understanding with my residents. They shouldn't feel that their decision are not hear. I would listen to them and work together to give them the best care.

I did end of life care for my family and that was the hardest but we made the decision to care for them at home .

Today was so busy. A patient died. I got my final quiz. I was on zoom invisibly without participating. Yet I can tell you that I'm on my way to a B+. I STILL MAKE IT WORK THROUGH THE END.

#PRESCHOOLTEACHER #CNA/PCA doing both at the same time thats what I call a blessing with no complain
