1. Stand up straight with your shoulders back.

5. Do not let your children do anything that makes you dislike them.
6. Set your house in perfect order before you criticize the world.
7. Pursue what is meaningful (not what is expedient).
8. Tell the truth - or at least don't lie.
9. Assume that the person you are listening to might know something that you don't.
10. Be precise in your speech.
11. Do not bother children while they are skateboarding.
12. Pet a cat when you encounter one in the street (a practical way to deal with hardship).

During the pandemic I learned that in order to thrive, you must flexible and be willing to take ownership and accountability of your own actions and how that impacts yourself, others and the world. The pandemic caused a major glitch and slowing down of Life as we were accustomed to living. There were lines, waiting times for services for weeks on end. We had to almost exist in isolation.
