Frustrated

I was a nurse for 18 years and no longer want to work in nursing, but cannot seem to get anywhere with jobs that I am applying for, or past the phone interview process. It’s been almost two months without a job. Are there any recommendations or advice? #advice #healthcare #interview #jobsearch

Looking for career opportunities as a Healthcare Administrative

I graduated with honors, yet still I can't find a job in my area of studies. Earning a B.S. in Healthcare Administration, I didn't know it was going to be this difficult. So I went at head and also earn my States Life Accident and Health License. Though I am still kind of in the Healthcare industry is not quite the same. If anyone know what company hiring in this field and not asking for experiences that are unbelievable please let me know. Each time I apply they always say my experience is remarkable but they had to go with others who already worked in the field but I am more then free to apply with them again. REALLY! #healthcare #jobsearch #interview #advice

I'M TURNING MY LIFE AROUND! Step 1. Adjusting My Attitude. [IBYC]

I'm telling you the truth...(Read Without Failure.)

When you're making a change in your life, it doesn't have to be drastic, and dramatic as some may believe.

Make it casual and consensual as you possibly can. This includes four components: 1) Attitude. 2) Mindset 3) Heartfelt 4) Conscience. (Explanation comes later).

Listen, greatness is positioned in your close proximity waiting for you to excel. However, one thing that usually clouds a person's vision...

STEP 1. ATTITUDE: "You must be willing to break the mental chains of disabilities, so you can weld on the links for greater possibilities." ~Edward Alexander

Do this my friends, and your life will never be the same.

Adjusting your attitude starts the process for turning your life around.

I Believe You Can...!

A hard determined worker

I really want a job that has something to do with being a home care provider, I love to help others and it’s my passion. I am not a CNA but I am experienced in that field, I know more about it than anything else. Working at home is another option, receptionist type of work, I’m good at also. I just would like a job that I enjoy doing. #healthcare #workfromhome #interviews #missionispossible

DON'T GET CAUGHT IN THE FISH-NET OF LIFE! Paying Attention Makes the Difference. [IBYC]

I'm telling you the "absolute" truth... (Read Immediately.)

When you are desperate for a job, anything can happen in the blink of an eye. How many times have you heard about someone giving other people their PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION? Because they want that job.

This is how you get "caught in the net of life." This spells disaster, to say the least. Yes, they give some random person on the phone that speaks very intellectual their...

  1. Date of Birth.
  2. Social Security Number.
  3. Address of Residence.
  4. An updated copy of their resume.
  5. Driver's License number.
  6. LinkedIn Account number.
  7. Facebook Account number.

My friends, this is like the movie called: "The Bad News Bears."

There are "special clauses" on what, when, where, why, and who should have access to your sensitive information, better known in corporate America as: Personal Identifiable Information (PII).

It's NOT, your fault, you didn't know, but, NOW you know.

Listen to me,...DON'T GET CAUGHT IN THE NET of life, because as illustrated below: Every fish knows it's DOOMS DAY from this point forward.

Paying attention makes the difference. If you have any concerns regarding what to do, how to do it, or even, if you should do it at all. Contact me ASAP!

I want you to WIN, so, everything else can fall-in-place for you.

I Believe You Can...!

Beware predatory labor practices and substandard services.

Alf regulations & nursing practice standards require care of the frail elderly at all levels to be directly supervised by RNs. However, this company reorganized to maximize profits by laying off its RNs, using LPNs to directly supervise as well as give care to the residents. This also violated State Board of Nursing Practice Standards. Frail elderly who eventually required skilled care were not moved to licensed SNFs in a timely manner. #healthcare
