I have a fiance background with the past 7 years working in the mortgage industry. All 3 companies I worked for I was laid off due to reduction in work force. I am quite tired of lay offs and ready to move out of this industry and also want to work exclusively from home. In this position I expect to work independently and within a team based environment to conduct tasks collaboratively with other members. I have contributed to the writing of peer reviewed professional original manuscripts as well as independently or as part of a team written grant proposals. I have also written and designed presentations, given these in front of international audiences and have received awards and praise for my work and presentations.

•    Understanding experimental goals and assisting in laboratory experiments for bioprocess development, optimization, and characterization; 
•    Conducting routine laboratory responsibilities to support the goals and issues as required for facility operations;
•    Executing experimental studies to develop and optimize high throughput process analytics capabilities;
•    Contributing to new Capabilities i believe that it is through teamwork and communication to collaborate effectively to support biologics process technology development for both upstream and downstream functions and applications. This is aimed to understood a goal and for project completion
•    Documenting procedures, observations, and results and in writing progress reports in an accurate and timely manner;
•    Performing daily laboratory operations, etc; 
•    Participating in lab material and equipment management and supplies I am a US citizen and I am fully COVID-19 vaccinated
